📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are fulfilled by a third-party partner, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. Please refer to the size guide and product details before purchasing.

 

✅ Accepted Return/Refund Requests

 We will gladly assist you with a refund or replacement only if your order meets one of   the following conditions:

 You received a damaged or defective item.

 You received the wrong item.

 An item is missing from your order.

 Your package was lost in transit.

 The product has a major discrepancy (wrong color, incorrect size label,

 or significantly different than described.

 If your situation matches any of the above, please contact us within 10 days of   delivery.

 

📩 How to Request a Refund

 To request a refund or report a problem:

 Email us at admin@easybuzy.com.

 Include your order number.

 Attach clear photos of the issue.

 Provide a brief explanation.

 Once approved, we will either issue a refund, provide store credit, or send a     replacement / depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

 

📦 No Returns for Buyer Preference

 Please note that we do not accept returns for:

 Wrong size ordered by customer.

 Change of mind.

 Minor color variation due to screen differences.
